Speaking after inaguration, Shiv Sena Reddy said the government would accord top priority to the development of sports. A new kind of sports will be brought to light as soon as possible to encourage the players. I am very happy that the Olympic Games Lacrosse Academy is in Hyderabad for the Telangana players, he said.
Telangana athlete Anudeep Reddy, who served as the captain of the Indian national lacrosse team in the World Lacrosse Championship held in Japan, was honored on the occasion, Telangana Lacrosse Association Technical Director Ponna Shabarish said that the aim of the academy was to prepare the players with the goal of the 2028 Olympic Games. ]
Lacrosse is a traditional American sport, which is a mixture of basketball, soccer, and hockey. In it, agility, teamwork, and players move on the ground at lightning speed. On one hand, there is a brain exercise in this sport, on the other hand, there is physical exercise.
