IndiGo cancels 117 flights at Hyderabad airport, passengers face sixth day of disruptions
Passengers at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport faced another day of severe disruption as IndiGo cancelled 117 flights on Sunday. With 56 arrivals and 61 departures cancelled, travellers queued at enquiry counters and waited for alternative options for the sixth consecutive day

Hyderabad: Travellers continued to face hardship at the RGI Airport at Hyderabad on Sunday with the Indigo airlines cancelling 117 flights.
A total of 56 flights scheduled from other cities and 61 flights bound for other destinations from Hyderabad were cancelled on Sunday, said airport officials.
For the sixth day passengers made a beeline at the enquiry counters of Indigo at the Hyderabad airport to check and confirm the status of their flights. With no available alternatives the passengers were seen sitting in the departure lounge at the airport waiting for their next flights.
