Indiramma Houses: Bill collector removed from services in Kothagudem for uploading false information

Following directions from Housing and Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy the district panchayat officer issued orders on Saturday removing the bill collector Jagadish from his services.

Kothagudem: A bill collector working at Bhadrachalam gram panchayat was removed from services for uploading false bills related to Indiramma houses.

Following directions from Housing and Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy the district panchayat officer issued orders on Saturday removing the bill collector Jagadish from his services.


He was accused of uploading false information that the construction of Indiramma houses of 18 beneficiaries under Bhadrachalam gram panchayat was completed up to basement level, even though the work was not completed. When a memo was issued to the concerned bill collector, he said the information had been uploaded by mistake, the district panchayat officer said.

Minister Srinivas Reddy stated that the State government would not ignore anyone who commits irregularities in the Indiramma houses construction.
