Infant found dead under suspicious circumstances in Hyderabad

Missing baby was found drowned in water bucket

Hyderabad: A 13-day-old infant was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a house in Mailardevpally on Tuesday.

According to the police, the mother of the infant went to take bath and had kept her baby on the bed. A little while later when she returned she noticed that the baby was missing. She immediately checked the house and found that the infant had drowned in a water bucket.

The woman, informed about it to her husband, who rushed to the house and shifted the baby to hospital where doctors pronounced her brought dead.

The Mailardevpally police registered a case.
