Hyderabad: After the success of their first edition last year, Inorbit Mall is organising the annual marathon on March 6. Powered by sports brand Puma, the cause-driven marathon has partnered with NGO Nirmaan.Org to provide skill development and employment opportunities to Persons with Disability (PwD) in the service sector.
The run will be flagged off from the Durgam Cheruvu bridge. Besides the 5k and 10k, it will host a 21k run. Sharat Belavadi, Centre Head, Inorbit Mall, said, “The pandemic has taught us that we must prioritise our health and fitness and also do what we can to help the underprivileged.”
IDCR 2022 has partnered with Lifestyle as the prize Partner, Ramesh Watch Co as Timing Partner, Kinley as Hydration Partner, Continental Hospital as Medical Partner, Fever FM as Radio Partner and Ecosystem Partner HYSEA. The Run is supported by Dept of MA&UD, HMDA, TSIIC, SCSC and Cyberabad Police and is certified by AIIMS and planned with all Covid safety measures in place.
