Jagannath Rath Yatra to be held in Hyderabad on July 16

Hyderabad: The Jagannath Rath Yatra of the renowned Jagannath Dwara Math, Khaki Akhada, at Jumerat Bazaar, Begum Bazaar, will be organised from 12.01 pm on Thursday, July 16, the organising committee members said on Monday.
The special Chhappan Bhog Darshan will begin at 6.31 pm, offering devotees a unique opportunity to witness the sacred offering of 56 varieties of bhog to Lord Jagannath.
Sharing details of the Yatra schedule, Amrit Das Khaki, Mahant of the temple, said the Chhappan Bhog Darshan would be a major devotional highlight of this year’s celebrations.
Religious leaders, including Arun Das, Mahant of Udasin Akhada, Sunil Pandey Maharaj of Santoshi Mata Mandir, Rahul Das Maharaj of Sangam Mandir, Langer House, and Madan Mohan Das of Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir, Sanathnagar, invited devotees from across Hyderabad and surrounding areas to participate in large numbers and seek the blessings of Lord Jagannath.
