Jagtial woman goes missing in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A young woman, who had come to the city to appear for a competitive examination, has been reported missing from Domalguda in Chikkadpally.
G.Harika (22), from Korutla in Jagtial district who was staying in a women’s hostel in Domalguda had appeared for the examination on August 25.
Police said as per the information available with her parents, Harika was supposed to return home soon after the examination, but she did not. Her mobile phone too was switched off.
Her anxious parents, who realized she was missing, alerted their relatives in Hyderabad, who went to her hostel and enquired, but could not locate her. They approached the police on Monday late evening and lodged a complaint.
The Chikkadpally police booked a missing case and are examining footage from surveillance cameras in the colony and surroundings to trace her at the earliest.
