Jay walking: Pedestrian and biker injured in Hyderabad
After hitting the pedestrian, the rider without helmet went ahead and crashed into a road median and fell on the other side of the road
Hyderabad: A pedestrian and a motorist were injured at Chintal in Jeedimetla here on Sunday. The video clip of the accident, which shows the pedestrian jay walking across the road and the bike hitting him, is making rounds on social media.
After hitting the pedestrian, the rider without helmet went ahead and crashed into a road median and fell on the other side of the road, barely escaping from getting crushed under the wheels of another car.
Those around who noticed them rushed to their rescue and shifted them to the hospital.
The Jeedimetla police are investigating.
