Jr NTR undergoes arthroscopic shoulder surgery at KIMS Hospitals in Hyderabad

Actor NTR Jr underwent successful arthroscopic shoulder surgery at KIMS Hospitals in Secunderabad on Wednesday. The hospital said he will begin a structured rehabilitation programme under medical supervision and is expected to make a full recovery within two to three months

Hyderabad: Actor NTR Jr who recently sustained an injury to his shoulder underwent surgical procedure at KIMS Hospitals, Secunderbad, on Wednesday.

In a health bulletin released here, KIMS Hospitals said following close consultation and follow-up care with a dedicated team of medical specialists, it was determined that he would benefit from an arthroscopic surgery to facilitate a quicker and more complete recovery.

The surgical procedure was performed by a team of orthopaedic surgeons, led by Dr. R. A. Purnachandra Tejaswi, Dr. Nithin Bejjanki, Dr. Madhusudan Rao and Dr. Srinivas Rao Surapaneni.

The surgery was successful and the NTR Jr is doing fine, the hospital said adding that he will now begin a structured rehabilitation programme under medical supervision. “Our doctors anticipate a full recovery, with N.T.R returning to his normal self within a 2 to 3-month timeframe,” the bulletin added.
