Jubilee Hills bypoll: Final expenditure register verification on Nov 9
The final round of verification for candidates’ expenditure registers in Jubilee Hills by-election will be held on November 9. All 58 candidates must comply, and cash transactions above Rs 10,000 are prohibited, with payments to be made via banking channels

Hyderabad: As part of the election expenditure monitoring process for the Jubilee Hills bypoll, the final round of verification of candidates’ expenditure registers will be held on Sunday at the Returning Officer’s office in Shaikpet Tahsildar Office premises. The exercise will take place from 10.30 am to 5 pm.
Election Expenditure Observer Sanjeev Kumar Lal, Expenditure Monitoring Nodal Officer Venkateshwara Reddy and Assistant Expenditure Observer G Ramakrishna said all 58 contesting candidates must ensure that their daily expenditure registers are presented for verification on the scheduled date.
In an official statement, District Election Officer RV Karnan on Saturday stated, “The observers also reminded candidates that no cash transaction exceeding Rs 10,000 per person or entity is permitted from the date of nomination till the completion of counting and that all such transactions must be made through cheques or banking channels.”
The first round of register verification was conducted on October 28, followed by the second round on November 3, said Karnan.
