Jubilee Hills police arrest couple for gold chain snatching from woman
Jubilee Hills police arrested a man and his girlfriend for allegedly snatching a gold chain from a woman on Road No. 39. The accused reportedly targeted the victim while she was walking alone, with one waiting on a bike during the crime.
Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills police arrested a man and his girl friend who had allegedly snatched away a gold chain from a lady at Jubilee Hills on Wednesday.
The suspects are Chesetti Revathi (33) and Giddala Narendra (23), both natives of Andhra Pradesh and staying in the city.
According to the police, on Wednesday, the duo on identifying a woman walking alone on the Jubilee Hills Road no 39 planned to flick away the gold chain from her lady.
“While Narendra was waiting on the bike, Revathi went to the woman and snatched away a gold chain weighing around 10 gram and escaped,” said Jubilee Hills SHO,U Srinivasulu Reddy.
