The kids could not wait to slipon their aprons and get armed with the olden days, but healthy, techniques like hand blenders, roti belan and mortar and pestle to make delicious, mouth-watering dishes like buttermilk, lassi, chapathi, badam milk, coconut laddoo, vegetable salad. By this activity kids learnt about the nutrient values of various dishes and how to prepare them well.
