It was around Tuesday midnight that Kamatipura Inspector, Prasad Rao, who was performing duty at the Bahadurpura cross roads when he, noticed a woman wandering on the road without wearing any clothes. The Inspector immediately reached out to the woman and offered her a police uniform shirt and arranged a pancha (dhoti) for her to wear.
