Hyderabad: The Karkhana police have executed a Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) against a notorious and most-wanted chain-snatcher, Babar alias Baquar Akram Ali, who is involved in over 94 criminal cases.
Babar (32), a Karnataka native and optical good seller by profession, was last arrested by the Karkhana police in a chain snatching case. However, during trial proceedings, he absconded, prompting the court to issue a NBW against him.

These include high-footfall and high-crime areas such as Madhapur, SR Nagar, Kukatpally, Sultan Bazar, Saidabad, Amberpet, Jubilee Hills, Nampally, Chaderghat, Banjara Hills and Charminar.
