Kaushik Reddy vows to intensify stir against proposed dumping yard in Huzurabad
Huzurabad MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy has reiterated his opposition to the proposed dumping yard near Sirsapalli, vowing to continue the agitation until the state government withdraws its decision. The Arya Vysya Varthaka Sangam has been staging a deeksha at Ambedkar Chowk for 14 days, with Reddy extending his support.

Karimnagar: Huzurabad MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy on Sunday reiterated that the agitation against the dumping yard proposed near Sirsapalli of Huzurabad would continue till the state government withdraws its decision.
Opposing the dumping yard, Arya Vysya Varthaka Sangam is continuing a deeksha at Ambedkar Chowk, Huzurabad for the last 14 days. On Sunday, Kaushik Reddy visited the deeksha and extended his support.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA said nothing was more important than the health of Huzurabad residents and as part of intensifying the agitation, he would observe 48-hour deeksha on April 7 and 8.
Stating it was not only the problem of a particular political party, he called upon all political parties to join hands and strengthen the agitation. Informing that he would participate in BJP’s protest scheduled on Monday, Kaushik Reddy said he would work with the Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender and Congress leaders on the issue. If necessary, he would take the issue to the national level in Delhi.
He emphasized the need to educate the people about the consequences of dumping yards through videos.
