Hyderabad: MLC K Kavitha on Tuesday launched the posters for United Kingdom Telangana Jagurthi’s mega Bathukamma event, which will be held in East London on October 10.
The launch ceremony was held here and dignitaries from Telangana Jagruthi participated in the event.
Over 1000 participants have already registered for the mega Bathukamma event so far. This apart, several local elected public representatives and NRIs are expected to join the grand celebrations.
The event will be hosted by Telangana Jagruthi as a part of Bathukamma festivities.
Telangana Jagruthi UK wing president Suman Balkuri said all the participants will be presented with handloom sarees reflecting Telangana culture.
