KCR condoles deaths in Pashamailaram fire, urges probe; CM assures support to kin of victims

Hyderabad: BRS chief and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao expressed deep shock over the death of several workers in the massive fire accident at an industrial unit in Pashamailaram, Sangareddy district, on Monday.
Extending his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, he expressed concern over reports suggesting that the death toll could rise further.
Chandrashekhar Rao urged the State government to immediately provide quality medical care to the injured and extend financial assistance to the families of the deceased workers and employees. He also demanded a thorough investigation into the cause of the accident to help prevent such tragedies in the future.
Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, who termed the incident “shocking”, said he had instructed officials to ensure the injured received the best possible medical care. He added that the government would provide all possible support to the families of those affected.
