KCR congratulates NRIs for successful BRS silver jubilee meet in Dallas
Says organising such a massive conference abroad with patriotic zeal shows the dedication of NRIs who have truly become global ambassadors of BRS ideals
Hyderabad: BRS president and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Tuesday congratulated BRS NRIs for successfully organising the party’s silver jubilee meet in Dallas, USA recently. He appreciated party NRI global coordinator Mahesh Bigala, who paid a courtesy visit to the party chief here and briefed about the event which attracted huge response from Telugu NRIs.
On the occasion, Chandrashekhar Rao said organising such a massive conference abroad with patriotic zeal shows the dedication of NRIs who have truly become global ambassadors of BRS ideals. He also commended Mahesh Thanneru and other USA-based BRS leaders, stating the Dallas event will be remembered as a milestone in the party’s history.
BRS working president KT Rama Rao, who participated as chief guest, addressed the Dallas meet held on June 16 at Dr Pepper Arena, which received overwhelming response from the diaspora. “KT Rama Rao’s speech resonated with every Telangana NRI, impressing on the BRS party’s global presence,” Mahesh Bigala said, adding that countries like South Africa, Australia and the UK were keen to host similar events.
