KCR extends Eid greetings, reminds BRS govt’s role in promoting inclusive growth

Emphasizing Telangana's Ganga Jamuni Tehzeeb and its role in fostering communal harmony, Chandrashekhar Rao stated that the BRS government remained dedicated to minority welfare throughout its decade-long tenure. From the statehood movement to governance, he highlighted that the party consistently ensured Muslim minorities played a vital role in the State's development.

Hyderabad: Former Chief Minister and BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao extended Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the Muslim community. He said the holy month of Ramzan fosters the values of peace, devotion, and brotherhood in the society.

Recalling Telangana’s Ganga Jamuni Tehzeeb promoting communal harmony, Chandrashekhar Rao said the BRS government’s decade-long regime implemented minority welfare with commitment. From the Telangana statehood movement to governance, he said the party ensured Muslim minorities were key stakeholders in the State’s progress.

The BRS supremo pointed to innovative welfare schemes in education and economic empowerment, crediting BRS policies for maintaining religious harmony, peace, and security, setting an example for the rest of the nation. He asserted that Hyderabad’s investment boom, attracting global business giants, was possible due to stability and secular governance under BRS.

He stated that Telangana’s flourishing real estate, pharma, and other sectors, were the result of policies fostering social unity and communal harmony, which in turn created employment opportunities for lakhs of youth. He hoped that the State’s development trajectory would continue on the foundation of universal brotherhood and harmony laid by the BRS.

BRS working president KT Rama Rao, former Minister T Harish Rao, MLC K Kavitha and several others also extended their greetings to the Muslim community on the festive occasion.
