‘KCR introduced industrial-friendly policies’
“Today, there is no power cut in the State. In the erstwhile State of AP, industrialists used to face a lot of hardships even while trying to get permissions to start industries,” he said
Hyderabad: TRS Malkajgiri parliamentary constituency in-charge Marri Rajasekhar Reddy has participated in a meeting with Telangana Industrialists Association at the Cherlapally Indoor Stadium here on Monday.
Addressing the gathering, Reddy said there were assumptions on a power crisis if the erstwhile State of Andhra Pradesh was bifurcated. However, all those fears were put to rest after the Telangana Rashtra Samithi government came to power in the new State of Telangana, he said.
“Today, there is no power cut in the State. In the erstwhile State of AP, industrialists used to face a lot of hardships even while trying to get permissions to start industries,” he said, adding that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao was doing great work in making the State ‘Bangaru Telangana’.
Rao had introduced industrial-friendly policies, Reddy said, adding that all kinds of permissions were being given to new industries within a month, with the State now being one of the leading investor-friendly States in the country.
