Hyderabad: Coming down heavily on the Congress government and the 22A list of prohibited lands.

Malkajgiri MLA, Marri Rajasekhar Reddy, in a public meeting held at Malkajgiri, demanded that the lands included in the list of prohibited lands in his constituency be immediately removed and people be provided with the opportunity to buy, sell and register.

Nearly 30,000 families in Malkajgiri constituency are facing severe difficulties due to the 22A prohibited list, Marri Rajasekhar Reddy said.

He expressed his concern over how poor and middle-class people are facing difficulties in selling their hard-earned lands and properties after finding out that their hard-earned properties are now included in the 22A prohibited list.

Senior BRS party leader, T Harish Rao, who was the Chief Guest of the meeting, said, “The government, instead of solving problems, is creating new problems. If colonies are being added to the 22A prohibited list overnight, where will the people go?” he asked.

Revenue Minister, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy should take moral responsibility for 22A prohibited lands fiasco and resign, Harish Rao demanded.

MLC, Dasoju Sravan, Amberpet MLA, Kaleru Venkatesh, Uppal MLA, Bandaru Lakshma Reddy, former corporators, senior local BRS leaders, members of colony welfare associations, victims of the 22A prohibited list, activists, women, and youth were present.
