Hyderabad: BRS chief and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Tuesday paid tributes to the mortal remains of senior BRS leader and Siddipet MLA T Harish Rao’s father, Tanneeru Satyanarayana Rao, who passed away early in the morning due to age-related ailments.
Chandrashekhar Rao laid a wreath and offered floral tributes to Satyanarayana Rao’s mortal remains at their residence in Kokapet. He fondly recalled his personal bond with his brother-in-law late Satyanarayana Rao, who was the husband of Chandrashekhar Rao’s seventh elder sister Lakshmi, and expressed deep sorrow over his demise.
He consoled his sister Lakshmi, Harish Rao and other grieving family members, praying for the departed soul to rest in peace. Earlier in the day, the BRS chief spoke to Harish Rao over the phone immediately after hearing the news and conveyed his heartfelt condolences.
Meanwhile, YSRCP president and Andhra Pradesh former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Janasena chief and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and several other leaders from Andhra Pradesh, extended condolences to Harish Rao and his family.
