KFin Technologies Ltd launches its office at JBS Metro Station

Spanning approximately 25,000 square feet on the second floor of the metro station, the new office is the second largest corporate space within a metro station in India.

Hyderabad: KFin Technologies Limited (KFintech), the noted financial services platform on Monday announced the launch of its new office in JBS Parade Ground Metro Station. The expansion is part of KFintech’s strategy to diversify its real estate footprints by going hyper-local, taking work places closer to locations where the talent resides within Hyderabad-Secunderabad twin city region, a press release said.

Spanning approximately 25,000 square feet on the second floor of the metro station, the new office is the second largest corporate space within a metro station in India. It is designed to accommodate 600 employees, supporting essential functions such as Issuer Solutions, Contact Center, and Business Support Functions.


The office premises also accommodates a new branch that provides end-to-end mutual fund services, enabling all kind of transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, systematic investment plans (SIPs) and systematic withdrawal plans (SWPs).

Sreekanth Nadella, MD and CEO of KFin Technologies, said, “By establishing our new office at the JBS Parade Ground Metro Station, we are decentralizing our talent by taking it to locations where innovation thrives”.
