Khammam: The alumni of Sri Krishna Prasad Memorial High School have extended financial assistance to support poor students at the school.
Shaik Imran Pasha and Irfan Pasha are former students of the school which is run by the district police at the district headquarters in 2005-06. They handed over an amount of Rs 20,000 to Commissioner of Police, Vishnu S Warrier (CP) here on Monday.
Imran Pasha, who is now working as a software engineer and Irfan Pasha, a production executive at a pharma company, said they wanted to do their part for the benefit of students of their alma mater, which was instrumental in paving the way for their growth.
Commissioner Warrier appreciated the former students’ gesture and congratulated them for their success in their lives. Additional DCP Ghouse Alam and school headmaster Seshagiri Rao were present.
