Kishan Reddy lauds TS Police for using technology

Telangana Police are training their personnel in all aspects and using technology for better policing and maintenance of law and order, said Union Minister of State for Home Affairs

Hyderabad: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy on Sunday appreciated the efforts of the Telangana Police in ensuring the safety of the citizens using technology.

“I have even been told by Central authorities about the police system here (Hyderabad). We are taking all measures for a smart policing in the face of rising crime,” he said while inaugurating a network of closed circuit cameras installed in Amberpet Assembly constituency.


He said the Telangana Police are training their personnel in all aspects and using technology for better policing and maintenance of law and order. Reddy said Telangana is in the forefront in ensuring punishment to those involved in different cases.

Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar and Kaleru Venkatesh, MLA Amberpet Assembly constituency, were also present on the occasion.
