Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao congratulated Malladi Rushi, a talented student from Chiluka Nagar division, for securing the State-level first rank in the EAPCET with 156.63 marks.
Under the aegis of BRS MLA from Uppal Bandaru Lakshma Reddy, a cheque worth Rs.1 lakh was presented to Rushi by Rama Rao here on Tuesday.
The Uppal MLA had taken the student and her father Kondal Reddy to Rama Rao’s residence in Nanakramguda.
Speaking on the occasion, Rama Rao said it was a remarkable achievement for someone hailing from a humble family background to study with such diligence and secure the top position across the entire State.
He noted that Malladi Rushi’s success serves as a source of immense pride not only for the Chiluka Nagar division but for the entire Uppal constituency.
He further said students can attain outstanding results if they study with discipline, punctuality and hard work. He emphasized that the combined encouragement of parents and teachers, coupled with the student’s own dedication, forms the solid foundation for success.
Speaking on the occasion, Bandaru Lakshma Reddy expressed his delight over the remarkable success achieved by Malladi Rushi, noting that students from Telangana were demonstrating their talent on a national stage.
