Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao assured full support to the bereaved family of Banavath Manjula (17) and her sibling Ashwini (19), who died in a road accident in Nizamabad on Friday.

Upon learning that their father Banavath Reddy was in Malaysia for work and struggling to reach home, Rama Rao directed his office to make necessary arrangements for his return to Telangana.

He also coordinated with Indian diplomats in Malaysia to expedite travel permissions and ticket arrangements.

Following his instructions, BRS in-charge for Khanapur Assembly constituency Bhukya Johnson Naik rushed to the Armoor Government Hospital late night on Friday to provide assistance to the grieving family.

Ensuring proper coordination between doctors, police and officials, he facilitated the swift completion of post-mortem procedures.

The bodies were then transported by ambulance to their native village, Lothair thanda, where funeral arrangements were made.
