Hyderabad: The BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao criticised the Congress government’s failure to fulfil its six guarantee assurances.

On Sunday, Rama Rao visited Samata Colony at Shaikpet in Jubilee Hills Assembly Constituency, along with party senior leaders and BRS MLC Dasoju Sravan.

He met the residents of the colony, distributed ‘Baki Cards’, and explained how the Congress Party failed to fulfil its assurances.

Speaking to the media at the colony, he said, “Gandhis who came here robbed the votes of Telangana and cheated. Voters are again seeking KCR Rajyam Ravali (we want KCR rule again).”

Residents, mainly women, are also complaining about poor municipal management. It may be the sanitation, drainage, or roads situation. Garbage is also lifted once every four days, he said.

He said Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy should take care of the city that is affected by severe floods. The Future City will be built by the youth on their own.

“We will distribute these Baki Cards to every household in the Jubilee Hills Assembly Constituency,” he said and made a plea to the voters of Telangana to vote for BRS in the ensuing local body polls.

Earlier, he met colony elders and made a plea to support BRS candidate, Maganti Sunita.

Amid the drizzle, he spent 45 minutes in the colony. Residents welcomed him with showers of rose petals.
