HYDERABAD: Industries Minister KT Rama Rao expressed grief over the incident in which six students drowned in River Manair on the outskirts of Sircilla on Monday.
He extended his condolences to the bereaved families and assured all support to them from the Government.
On Tuesday, the Minister spoke to officials over the incident and appealed to the people to be cautious while moving around the lakes and rivers as the water bodies were full to the brim.
He instructed the officials to ensure all safety measures were in place at the projects and initiate steps to avoid any untoward incidents.
