Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao and BRSLP deputy leader T Harish Rao paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary, recalling his enduring legacy of truth and non-violence.
In a statement, Rama Rao said Gandhi had shown the world the power of truth and non-violence. He urged people to remember his ideals of honesty, courage and compassion. He stated that Gandhi’s teachings remain timeless and relevant, calling on society to follow his path and work towards harmony.
Harish Rao said that Gandhi, as the Father of the Nation, led India’s freedom struggle through Satyagraha and non-violent resistance. He said millions drew inspiration from Gandhi’s leadership and sacrifices. He offered heartfelt homage on behalf of the party.
