Mahabubabad: Timely intervention by BRS working president KT Rama Rao helped a bereaved family in Mahabubabad district bring home the body of a 29-year-old youth who died by suicide in London.
The deceased, Nallani Naveen Kumar from Munagalaveedu village in Nellikuduru mandal, had gone to London for higher studies. He allegedly died by suicide on July 3, reportedly by hanging, due to unknown reasons.
When the family faced difficulties in repatriating the body, local BRS leaders escalated the issue to KTR. He coordinated with the BRS NRI cell in London and Indian Embassy officials, ensuring that all technical and financial arrangements were made for the repatriation.
The body reached the village on Friday night, and the last rites were performed on Saturday. The family, villagers, and BRS workers expressed gratitude to KTR for his assistance.
