Hyderabad: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao will visit Quthbullapur constituency on Wednesday as part of the programme to expose what the party describes as a major conspiracy by the Congress government to transfer industrial land for non-industrial purposes.

The BRS has accused the Revanth Reddy-led Congress government of attempting to illegally transfer industrial lands worth about Rs 5 lakh crore to private individuals under the guise of the Hyderabad Industrial Land Transfer Policy.

The protest will begin at 3 pm at Hamali Adda in Shapurnagar in Quthbullapur constituency. Several senior BRS leaders including KP Vivekanand, Shambipur Raju, Madhavaram Krishna Rao, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and Satyavathi Rathod will accompany Rama Rao.
