Starring actor Lavanya Tripathi in the lead, the shoot of the upcoming movie ‘Happy Birthday’ is going on at a brisk pace. Touted to be a fun-filled hilarious entertainer, ‘Happy Birthday’ is being produced by Clap Entertainment Production (third film) and the prestigious banner Mythri Movie Makers.

Written and directed by Ritesh Rana of ‘Mathu Vadalara’ fame, the film is a surreal comedy replete with thrills and action. The story is set in a fictional world. Versatile actor Lavanya Tripathi is playing its lead role.

On Friday, the makers of the film unveiled a colourful poster on the occasion of actor Satya’s birthday. The comedian, after essaying a rib-tickling role in ‘Mathu Vadalara’, is back to playing yet another comical role in ‘Happy Birthday’. The director of ‘Mathu Vadalara’ has imagined him in a funny role that seems to deploy curious thinking and language. The birthday poster has Satya clad in a modern outfit. We see a gun by his side. ‘There is nothing happy about a birthday’ is written on the poster.

The film also features Naresh Agastya, Vennela Kishore and Gundu Sudarshan. The makers Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu and presenters Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili of Mythri Movie Makers are optimistic of coming up with the film that is backed by good content.

Kala Bhairava is helming the music department, while Suresh Sarangam handles the cinematography. Ritesh Rana provides dialogues, while Srinivas is the art director.
