Lawyer has responded to Speaker’s notice, says Danam Nagender
Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender said his lawyer has responded to the Speaker’s notice seeking his appearance in connection with a disqualification petition. He claimed he is still associated with the BRS and said he does not fear elections
Hyderabad: BRS turncoat MLA from Khairatabad Danam Nagender said on Thursday that his lawyer had responded to Speaker G Prasad Kumar’s notice, asking him to appear for a hearing on the disqualification petition.
“I have not been asked to appear in person. I am not aware of what my lawyer has written in the letter to the Speaker,” Nagender said while speaking to media persons here.
He continued to claim that he was still associated with the BRS. “The BRS has not suspended me yet. Based on their action, there will be a reaction. I do not fear elections,” Nagender said.
