Coronavirus and Covid-19 have become buzzwords all over the world. Is there anyone who hasn’t heard about it yet? The devastating and dampening effects of it have hit all walks of life in the world immensely. But the fact that cannot be denied is that it has taught life lessons to all of us. Wondering how it has become a blessing in disguise?
Let me explain… The first step taken to fight this virus was imposing nationwide lock down. This was when I spent time a lot of time with my family, which made me realise that family matters more than anything. I also understood that humans are social beings and need interaction. If not physically, we interacted using technology.
Let them be for educational purposes or as a medium of work from home or even to connect with loved ones. We Indians observed a downfall in our economy. It reminded us that life is a vast ocean and the only way to swim through it is self-dependence.
No longer did we rely on any external force but made reforms to improve our economy. This crisis also reminded us how important health and hygiene are. We had forgotten the use of sanitisers and hand washes but now it’s the new normal.
The vaccines and medicines and even the advanced hospitals were of great help. This indicates that we have unleashed a revolution in medicine. This fight against Coronavirus conveys a prime message that life is precious and we all must be grateful for what we have. God gave us only one life, so every day is special and precious. Do enjoy every moment that passes by and hope for a better future tomorrow.
