Kamareddy: A 38-year-old woman was killed in lightning strike at Kupriyal village of Sadasivanagar mandal in the Kamareddy district on Sunday.
The thunderbolt struck the couple, Eleti Mahipal Reddy and Shobharani (38) residents of Kupriyal village when they were working in their agricultural field. Shobha Rani died on the spot and her husband luckily escaped from strike as he was working far from her. They are survived by two children.
