Little Flower High School’s 1975 batch celebrates golden jubilee reunion
Students at Little Flower High School’s 1975 batch reunited on Sunday to celebrate their golden jubilee. Dressed in school uniforms, they relived old memories, met their teachers, planted a tree, and even played a Kabaddi match, recreating their school days
Hyderabad: Students of Little Flower High School, Abids, who graduated in 1975, celebrated their golden jubilee reunion here on Sunday. Forty former students from various parts of India, UK, US, Canada and Europe reunited at their alma mater and recalled their memories.
Dressed in their school uniform, they recreated their classroom ambience by sitting in their old classroom, in their previous respective places, and had their favourite snacks from the school canteen, a press release said.
Two teachers – Mary Josephine and S Narsimlu, who taught these former students more than 50 years ago, were felicitated on the occasion. A tree was planted in the school premises and a Kabaddi match was played by students, just like how they used to play, five decades ago, it added.
