Livelihood trainer makes it to World Book of Records

Hyderabad: T Srinivas Raghu, Executive Director (ED), Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council, Hyderabad, has been included in the World Book of Records, London, a press release said. The senior livelihood trainer has made it to the World Book of Records for his contribution in rendering services in promoting and propagating productivity and effectiveness in all spheres of human life, the certificate from World Book of Records, London, said.
As part of working with the Productivity Council, Srinivas Raghu, in the last two-decades, has conducted livelihood training sessions for nearly 55,000 self-entrepreneurs. He has been associated with Telangana State Leather Industries Corporation and TS National Small Industries Corporation in implementing Entrepreneur Development Programme (EDPs) for SC/ST entrepreneurs in leather industry.
In collaboration with Telangana State Minority Finance Corporation Limited, Srinivas Raghu also worked with nearly 500 families drawn from minority communities and trained them in various sectors including apparel, leather, health care etc. He also worked to promote micro-enterprise among tribal community and was associated with livelihood restoration programmes for the families affected during Tsunami in Tamil Nadu.
