Hyderabad: Saidabad FC drubbed BHEL 13-1 in the TFA B-Division Shivkumar Lal Football League Championship at Gymkhana Ground here on Thursday.
Syed Rayan Hussain (3), Syed Taher Khadeer (3), Md Nayeemuddin (4), Muktar Ali (1) and Abdul Kareem (2) were the scorers.
Asmita District League on November 21
The Athletics Association of Hyderabad will organise the Asmita District Athletics League for girls under-14 and under-16 at Osmania University on November 21 from 7 am.
Competitions will be held in triathlon A, B and C for under-14 girls, and in 60m, 600m, high jump, long jump, discus, shot put and javelin for the under-16 category.

Tamil Nadu recorded a 21-run win against Hyderabad in the BCCI Under-23 one-day cricket tournament second round at Jaipur on Thursday.

Shardul Thakur joins Mumbai Indians
Lucknow Super Giants all-rounder Shardul Thakur is set to represent Mumbai Indians following a trade between the two franchises.
The Mumbai-based all-rounder was picked up by Lucknow Super Giants for Rs 2 crore as an injury replacement in the 18th edition of the league, where he featured in 10 games. Shardul, known for his utility and clutch performances, has now been traded to Mumbai Indians for his existing player fee of Rs 2 crore.
Rutherford joins Mumbai Indians
West Indies all-rounder Sherfane Rutherford will represent Mumbai Indians (MI) in the IPL 2026 season following a successful trade from Gujarat Titans (GT). Acquired by GT for Rs 2.6 crore, Rutherford moves to MI at his existing fee.
The 27-year-old has featured in 44 T20Is for the West Indies and holds the record for the highest sixth-wicket partnership in T20Is, having stitched together a 139-run stand with Andre Russell against Australia in Perth.
Rutherford has played 23 IPL matches, having earlier represented Delhi Capitals (2019) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (2022). He was part of the MI squad in 2020 and Kolkata Knight Riders in 2024 but did not feature in the playing XI during those seasons.
