Hyderabad: From possibilities of imposing lockdown to standup comedians show, and cricketer Rishabh Pant’s century, Industries Minister and TRS working president KT Rama Rao shared his views on different aspects on the ‘Ask KTR’ Twitter session on Thursday.
When Vikrant Singh asked about Telangana government’s plans to impose lockdown or other measures, citing Covid cases, the Industries Minister said, “It will depend on the number of cases and how the health officials advice the government,”
On Akhikesh Reddy’s tweet regarding illegal closure of roads in Secunderabad, the Minister assured that the issue would be certainly taken up to the next level in parliament and all other forums.
Regarding Ravinder Divity’s query on plans to develop North Hyderabad and on Suchitra junction flyover works, the Minister said, “Suchitra Junction flyover is being taken up,”
Similarly on Syed Amir Quadri’s question on Bahadurpura flyover works completion, he said “In a couple of months”
On Riyazuddin’s plea for distribution of more tri-wheelers for physically challenged persons, he replied “Have already delivered more than 200 (more than what I promised). Will do more after Sankranthi”
On Asif Iqbal Shaik’s question on setting up more electric vehicle charging stations, the Industries Minister said “TSREDCO is working with many private sector players,”
On Karthik’s query on BILT unit revival at Mulugu, the Minister said “We have been exploring various solutions to revive BILT but not much of success so far”.
He directed MA&UD Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar to take up the issue of developing Warangal bus stand in coordination with KUDA, while responding to Adepu Nagaraj’s plea.
“A fabulous actor,” was his reply to Manoj Kuppili’s plea for a one word about actor Suriya. The Minister said he was proud and happy over Telangana’s increase in forest cover as per FSI report.
When Kunal Kamra thanked the Minister for extending solidarity to standup comedians, the Minister replied “Welcome Kunal Ji,”
Amidst political volleys and opinion on film stars, the Minister gave a wittiest reply to Mubashir, who called the Ask KTR session, a PR event, saying “Glad you choose to participate,”
He signed off the session, appreciating cricketer Rishabh Pant’s century against South Africa and extending Sankranthi greetings to people.
