M Sridhar assumes charge as Director of HR at BHEL

M Sridhar has assumed charge as Director (Human Resources) on the board of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). Prior to his board elevation, he served as Executive Director (HR) at the corporate office in New Delhi.

Sangareddy: M Sridhar has assumed charge as a director of Human Resources of BHEL. Hailing from a Telugu-speaking family, Sridhar graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT), Hyderabad, and joined BHEL Hyderabad unit as an engineer trainee in 1990.

After serving there in various key positions and rising to the rank of General Manager, he moved to BHEL Corporate Office in New Delhi, where he served as Executive Director (Human Resources), spearheading corporate HR policies and strategic initiatives. With over three decades of diverse experience and proven leadership, Sridhar’s elevation to the Board as Director (Human Resources) marks a significant milestone.
