Malkajgiri Commissioner warns against illegal dumping of construction waste

Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation Commissioner T Vinay Krishna Reddy warned of strict action against illegal dumping of construction waste on government land. During a visit to Boduppal, he directed CCTV monitoring, vehicle seizure, and cost recovery from violators.

Hyderabad: Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation Commissioner T Vinay Krishna Reddy warned of strict action if construction waste was dumped on government land.

The Commissioner, who noticed dumping of construction waste during a visit to Boduppal Mallayya Nagar on Monday, instructed officials to coordinate with locals on using CCTV to identify vehicles illegally dumping waste and warned that vehicles violating regulations would be seized and the dumped waste would be removed at the violators’ expenses. A strict action would be taken against those dumping waste on government lands.


After visiting Sri Sai Enclave in Boduppal Circle, the Commissioner reviewed urban biodiversity works and directed officials concerned to prepare enough plants for the upcoming Vana Mahotsav (Haritha Haram) programme.
