Hyderabad: The officials of Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC) have launched a WhatsApp facility for citizens to register complaints about garbage, green waste, overflowing bins or waste at ‘garbage vulnerable points’ (GVP).

Citizens can send complaints to the WhatsApp number 9063421300 along with photos and location details. The initiative has been launched to ensure that complainants can highlight their grievances without having to visit the civic body offices. The officials concerned will attend to the complaints and redress them.
