Man arrested for posting threats, wielding sword in Adilabad 

He was also booked for celebrating his birthday in public spaces and threatening to kill a cattle trader in Mavala

Adilabad: A man was arrested on Sunday for allegedly posting threatening messages on social media and attempting extortion. A sword was seized from his possession.

Adilabad DSP Jeevan Reddy said Dangat Sudheer, a resident of the town, was apprehended for creating panic among the public by posting photographs of himself wielding swords. He was booked for brandishing weapons, celebrating his birthday in public spaces and threatening to kill a cattle trader in Mavala recently.

A special team was formed to trace Sudheer, who was arrested in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra.
