Hyderabad: The Detective Department sleuths of Hyderabad police on Tuesday arrested Mir Sultan Ali of Petlaburj on charges of forging documents and trying to mislead the court.
Sultan Ali (44), an RTA broker from Petlaburj, had allegedly fabricated an agreement of sale and forged the signatures of a person. “He presented those documents before the court to obtain exparte injection orders which he used to grab a property worth Rs.1 crore,” said Avinash Mohanty, Joint Commissioner of Police, Detective Department.
The case was booked in December last year and Sultan was absconding since then. He was arrested and produced before court.
