Man attacked by a group of unidentified persons in Meerpet, suffers severe injuries

Hyderabad: A man was injured after a group of unidentified persons attacked him with stones at Jillelaguda in Meerpet on Saturday. A previous enmity is suspected to be the reason for the attack.

The victim, Vishnu Kumar, was walking on the road when the assailants caught him and, after a brief argument over an unknown issue, attacked him with stones.

He suffered severe injuries and was immediately shifted to the Osmania General Hospital for treatment.

Meerpet police are investigating.
