Man beaten to death by sisters over property in Telangana’s Jagtial
Family members shifted the seriously injured Srinivas to hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment
Jagtial: A man was beaten to death, allegedly by his two sisters in Pochammavada of Jagtial town on Sunday.
Jangili Srinivas had a dispute with his sisters Sharadha and Varalakshmi over the distribution of property. On Sunday, they argued with each other over the issue. As the argument turned serious, Sharadha and Varalakshmi allegedly attacked Srinivas with sticks.
Family members shifted the seriously injured Srinivas to hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment.
Based on a complaint by family members, Jagtial town police registered the case and are investigating. Meanwhile, the two sisters surrendered before the police.
