Man dies of electric shock while removing flex board in Balanagar
A 26-year-old man, Sanju Chowdary, died of an electric shock while removing a fallen flex board at a shop in Balanagar on Monday. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared dead by doctors, police said
Hyderabad: A 26-year-old man died of an electric shock while removing a fallen flex board at a shop in Balanagar on Monday.
According to Balanagar police, Sanju Chowdary was at Gurukrupa Glass, Plywood and Hardware Shop at around 9.30 am when he came into contact with an electric cable while removing the fallen flex board. He suffered an electric shock and collapsed. His uncle, Dayaram Chowdary, immediately shifted him to BBR Hospital, Balanagar, where doctors declared him dead.
Based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s father, the police registered a case and took up an investigation.
