Hyderabad: 13-year-old girl dies after TGSRTC bus hits scooter in Balanagar

A 13-year-old girl died after a TGSRTC bus allegedly hit the scooter she was travelling on with her mother in Balanagar on Thursday. The girl fell onto the road and came under the bus wheels, police said.

Hyderabad: A 13-year-old girl died after a TGSRTC bus crashedthe scooter she was travelling on with her mother in Balanagar on Thursday.

According to police, P Masthya Pavani Prapoornawas riding the scooter with her daughter Navya Sri (13) towards Meera Academyfrom HAL side. When they were travelling from Narsapur X Road towardsSecunderabad, an RTC bus allegedly hit their scooter from behind near SMR VinayCapital.
Navya Sri, who was riding pillion, fell onto theroad and came under the wheels of the bus. She suffered critical injuries andwas rushed by locals to BBR Hospital, where doctors declared her dead onarrival.
