Man found dead at his flat in Punjagutta

Hyderabad: A 41 year-old man was found dead under suspicious circumstances at his flat in Punjagutta on Friday night, the police said on Sunday.

Ittuullapati Arun Kumar (41), a native of Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh, was living at Buddha View Apartments, Somajiguda. According to the police, on Friday evening, the watchman of the building alerted the police raising suspicion on Arun Kumar not coming out of the flat.

On information the police reached the spot and on checking the flat found the Arun Kumar had passed away.

The police informed about it to his family members in Kadapa. On Sunday, the family members came to the city and lodged a complaint with the police based on which a case was registered.

The family members informed the police that Arun Kumar had come to the city ten years ago and since then did not go to his native place. They also were not aware of his health condition, work and personal related issues. The police are investigating.
